Crayola Leadership Levels
All Crayola employees contributing 0.5% or more of their salary are considered a Crayola United Way Leadership Donor.
Crayola United Way Leadership Donors are recognized with an invitation to an annual recognition event at Crayola Experience in Q2 of the following year and an invitation to the Crayola United Way Campaign Kick-off Breakfast.
All attendees to the recognition event also receive a special thank you gift.
Crayola employees can also join the United Way Tocqueville Society through a Step Up Program.
Tocqueville Society members contribute a minimum of $10,000 annually. Members are asked to designate at least $2,500 of their annual gift to United Way or its affinity groups in support of our community impact goals. Crayola employees can join the Tocqueville Society by donating $2,500 the first year and Crayola will cover the additional amount each year as you step up.
